Caring and efficient.

I have been registered with this surgery for 1 month and in that time it has quickly become apparent how well led this practice is. I have been successful in making appointments at convenient times. The receptionists have been fantastic, they are extremely friendly and welcoming. The GP's are caring and make you feel at ease. The nurses take the time to explain their findings and ensure you feel comfortable before leaving the consultation. Being a Practice Manager in the NHS myself I could not fault the service provided by this Surgery and am very pleased I joined. Thank you.

Exceptional care by all

I have received exceptional care by the practice for two years now. When I first moved to London, I was in an unstable mental state and when I discussed this with the practitioner, he helped me seek mental health care immediately. I had six weeks of CBT and it helped me immensely. Furthermore, the practice has set up a patient-access portal where all my test results and prescriptions are noted. This is a very user-friendly site and I have my test results posted within days. I can also make appointments online which is fantastic because that way I'm not bothering the receptionist who should be freed up to take more serious calls. I am currently being worked up for another ailment and the practitioner has taken my concerns seriously and has give me a plan in regards to tests and future appointments. I never feel rushed in the appointments, even when the time slot is for only 10 or 15 minutes. I've seen a few different practitioners and nurses in the practice and all have been so professional and kind. I cannot thank the practice enough for the care they provide the community.

Great

I have had some very good experiences at Clapham Park Group Practice. I have been at this surgery since I was a child and I think it has improved alot these past few years. The call back system has saved me from alot of time when I need prescriptions quickly. I find that all the nurses are very good and quick with blood tests. I found one particular member of staff very helpful, reassuring and friendly with the patients. My doctor is also an excellent GP. She is very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. She has excellent communication skills and is very advanced and thorough in her checkup work. I think she should definitely be a GP partner in the future if she stays on.
